About Society

Society for Animation and Development of Children's Drama Creativity is organization established in 1998 with the aim to get theatre closer to children and youth. We explore possibilities of using theatre in addressing problems young people are facing with, trying to reach those who are vulnerable and in dire need for support and understanding. During this time we organized number of cultural events, theatre workshops and partnership projects with colleagues from Serbia and abroad. From 2010 we take part in co-productions with organizations from Sweden within SI's Creative Force program.

We are interested in developing a theatre that can be present in the lives of young people. We search to provide a dialogue between young people speaking of an urgent issue rather than to enact a conventional theatre performance. Our aim is to create a space for participation and exchange of ideas.
